A few weeks ago, I found an email in my inbox from prospective client Colleen Heykoop. Like many of my customers, she was about to make a career change - she was starting a life coaching practice and she wanted a professional headshot for business cards, Linkedin, and the website she was building.
In her email, Colleen explained, "I'm starting my coaching business and looking to have some professional headshots done." She further explained, "I' want to give the impression of both professionalism but also warmth, fun and approachability."
She selected my Basic Business Headshot package, which takes about 45 minutes in my studio, and gives you a couple of different wardrobe looks. Colleen also chose my in-studio pro makeup and hair styling, which can be added onto any of my portrait packages.
After her makeup session, I photographed her with a variety of simple, classic backdrops, and also posed her on a simple business set with flattering window light and classic office furniture.
